The founding team brings together more than 50 years of real estate experience and has been involved in transactions exceeding €20 billion, predominantly across grocery-anchored retail, food logistics and other mission-critical asset classes.

Because demand is driven by non-discretionary consumption, these assets benefit from resilient occupier demand, predictable income and strong downside protection across economic cycles.
