Sven’s experience spans the full investment lifecycle, including market selection, investment strategy and capital formation. He has completed over €5 billion of transactions and played a key role in building and scaling a pan-European investment platform focused on mission-critical real estate. He was responsible for the management and strategic oversight of European funds and investment vehicles, while also leading investor, lender and tenant relationships.

Prior to Cerion, Sven held positions at Slate Asset Management, JLL and Acrest in Frankfurt and Berlin.

Jorgen has more than 20 years of experience across real estate management, corporate finance and capital markets, having structured and advised on transactions exceeding €10 billion.

His experience covers a broad range of complex M&A and real estate transactions, from structuring through execution, as well as the design of institutional fund, joint venture and investment structures. He also has an extensive track record across financing and capital markets transactions, including debt financings, bond issuances and IPOs.

Prior to Cerion, Jorgen served as CFO of x+bricks and previously held senior finance and leadership positions at multiple real estate investment firms in Luxembourg, Zurich and Frankfurt.

Luca specializes in European real estate and M&A investments and has led transactions totaling more than €4 billion across multiple European countries. He served as fund manager for several pan-European mission-critical real estate funds. His responsibilities included investment strategy and deal origination, asset and portfolio management, as well as capital and investor relations.

Prior to Cerion, Luca held positions at Slate Asset Management, ECE and JLL’s capital markets team in London and Frankfurt.

Niklas’ experience covers the entire investment lifecycle across real estate investments and debt capital markets. He has completed over €3 billion of transactions, primarily in mission-critical real estate. He has worked across the capital stack, combining equity underwriting with transaction structuring, financing strategy and lender relationships.

Prior to Cerion, Niklas held positions at Slate Asset Management and x+bricks in London and Frankfurt.
